We had a bunch of snow this year, so we went sledding with friends one day.
This girl didn't enjoy sledding, but she was a trooper hanging out in the snow for a long time.
For most of the rest of the week, we went to the ice arena. It's only a dollar to skate and a dollar for rentals, so we take full advantage of it. My kids look forward to ice skating on spring break all year!
Abby wanted to try, so I let her get out on the ice. She was all smiles for about three seconds and then she was terrified. She probably would have had more success if I'd been with her, but this pregnant momma wasn't getting on skates!
Logan took off right away again this year, and Annie and Alex both worked up more confidence each time we went.
The little girls and I hung out. They ran around in the bleachers and Laurel smiled at skaters as they went by.
