I've had a couple of funny conversations with Logan this week.
Me (as Jim is leaving for work): Is Daddy handsome?
Logan: No!
Me: I think Daddy's handsome.
Logan: I'm handsome!
Me: Yes, you're handsome, but Daddy is handsome too.
Logan: No! I'm handsome!
We might need a vanity check here...
Me: Are you my cutie-pie?
Logan: No. I'm Logan!
Me: Are you my Logan-pie?
Logan: No, you're Momma-pie.
Me: Are you my sugar-pie?
Logan: I'm pumpkin pie!
This has become an on-going joke this week. He has held strong all week that he is a pumpkin pie, I am Momma-pie, and at one point Jim was a cow-pie. (Bear in mind that the last one is from a two-year old's stand point. He has no clue what a cow-pie is.) I even think he labeled Annie as an apple pie at one point.
As I was writing this, I asked Logan if he was Logan-pie, and he told me that, "No, you're Momma pie. You're just a girl!" Then he decided he was no longer a pumpkin pie and was grandma instead.
