The kids were excited to tear through the doorway. After that we opened stocking, had breakfast, read the Christmas story from the scriptures, and opened gifts. We played games, relaxed, and watched movies the rest of the day
The neatest gift of the day were these sister necklaces. This was the little girls gift to Alexia.
Some of our yummy food.
We ended the day with a new movie.
On Christmas Eve, we spent the day playing games, eating way too much food, and watching movies.
Then after the little kids went to bed, the big kids helped assemble a Barbie house. Annie and Logan got this for the little girls.
It's huge! I had no idea how big it was when Annie ordered it. 🤣
So neat! The little girls really loved it.
All ready for Christmas morning!
We 'wrapped' the doorways to the living room as a surprise for the kids.
On the 23rd of December, we started our holiday with hot chocolate ice cream floats and some family fun. Then I stayed up late (3am) wrapping gifts. The next morning, the kids had the gifts spread our trying to Crack my secret code.
I made sugar cookies for my seminary students on our last day of class before the break. The leftovers came home, and the kids enjoyed decorating them.
Our annual Christmas party was huge this year! It's so fun having friends over to celebrate with us. The only thing that would make it better is if we could invite all our friends!
How many people fit in our living room?
Filling the sucker tree is a favorite party tradition.
