Alex is very fond of finding something to sit on these days. It seems every time I look at him he's climbed on something and is happily sitting there. That would be fine if he had better balance. The other night he sat on the bottom step like this and happily swung his legs until he fell off. He cried and then proceeded to get back on it. Then he fell off again and I thought he'd learned his lesson. Not so! He fell off three times in a row, and the fourth time he climbed up I finally decided to put some of our foam mat squares beneath him. He didn't fall off again.
